SOCK-O-RAMA

Sock-O-Rama meets the First and Third Tuesday of each month from 6;30-7:30 p.m. or the First and Third Thursday of each month from 2:00-3:00 p.m.
Here's how it works (A.K.A. rules): READ THE RULES AND UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE JOINING - NO EXCEPTIONS

  • NO complaining, whining, moaning or other unbecoming behavoir allowed.
  • NO returns or exchanges. If you receive a color of yarn you don't care for, swap with someone else in the group. Otherwise, see rule 1.
  • NO refunds. Once you are a paid member, you are a paid member. This type of pricing cannot be offered otherwise. If this is a problem, see rule 1.
  • Yarn will be given on the FIRST TUESDAY of every other month. If you can't come to the meetings, pick-up your package AFTER the FIRST TUESDAY. If this is a problem, see rule 1.
  • If you don't like the pattern you receive, make another. Before commenting, see rule 1.
  • Yarn, pattern and all other selections are at the sole discretion of Cast On Cafe. Don't like this? By now you should know to see rule 1.
  • Know how to knit a sock before joing the club. If you don't know how to knit socks, TAKE THE CLASS! What part of rule 1 don't you understand? (This is a rhetorical question -- answer only to yourself.)
  • There may be times when you think you could have purchased the yarn for less without joining the club. This will be rare but will occur in order to offset the cost of receiving yarn that is far more expensive. Again, rule 1.
  • If you want to take advantage of the club pricing but cannot attend the scheduled meetings, join anyway. Free assistance is always available, except during scheduled class times. At this point, there should be no need to mention rule 1.
  • HAVE FUN!!! Rule 1 should make this possible.

Similar rules apply for Afghan-A-Go-Go, most importantly, Rule 1!

Weave in ends. Lightly stuff each piece. Using a running stitch, gather the body to form neck about 4” down from top. Use the same technique to form the ears on each top corner after sewing seam for top of head. Embroider eyes, nose and mouth. Attach legs and arms.
